Did a good job cleaning rims and tire so they would hold air. This below 0 weather is hell on tires and cars.

4 hours to change four tires is too long. Please try and expedite your appointments. Walk-ins could wait.

TRUE SAFETY CONCERN

I knew my tires were very worn and when I expressed my concern that it was a safety issue, they made sure I was seen that day and the new tires were put on. They were very good to deal with, explained everything that was done to my car and let me know that the service did not end that day. I go back for free rotation and alignment every 5000 miles. This is not a once and done service. . .this is an on-going relationship.. . and that is very different in today's business dealings. I would definitely recommend Flynn Tire in Austintown.
