got an inspection with oil change, disappointed it took three hours when they told me I needed mechaninal work, when it was too late to fix. Had to come back. Now it runs great.
Needed new tires and our neighbor recommended you folks. Welcoming feeling in the store,informative gentleman at the desk, variety of competitive price ranges, and quick transaction of the sale. They mounted all four tires in under an hour! Great job. We will return!
I thought the price was way too high to get my tires changed out. When I told everyone the price they were shocked as I was. I will not be going back!
Showed up first thing Saturday morning, took me right away very fast.
I've been taking my car to Flynn's for years, always excellent customer service and quality care of my car.
I walked in, no appointment, asked for an oil change. They looked up my vehicle info to make sure of the right kind of oil (synthetic) and said it might be awhile since there were 2 in front of me. It was ok because I had no other appointments. Within an hour my car was finished. And had a cup of coffee on them. All was good.
What was identified as the problem was not correct. Noise still exists
I almost always buy my tires at Flynn's but, due to convenience, I bought the last set at the dealership. I got a flat tire on a Sunday and stopped at Flynn's to get it repaired, even though I didn't buy the tires there. It couldn't be fixed but they did have the exact tire in stock. Again, due to convenience, I had them install the new tire so I didn't have to go back home to get another car to get to work, then have someone take it to the dealer, etc. If I would have purchased the tires at Flynn's like normal with the road hazard coverage, the replacement tire would have been free instead of the $156 it cost this time. Lesson learned!
