Had ordered new tires on Thursday, scheduled work order for Saturday. Dropped my vehicle off at 7:30 am. Wasn't finished until 1:30 pm. Took a long time for a scheduled appt.
well, called and ordered tired which came in 2 days later and was able to drop car off and pick up couple hours later. I was in and out. Everyone was nice and courteous there also.

Car was in for state inspections. D J inquired as to any other services needed, like oil change, rotation, etc. Nothing due at this time.

Arrived at 745 in the morning. Was the second customer. Was waited on promptly. There were 3 technicians on duty. Still took 1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. I could have had the same service down at Penzoil in less than 45 minutes. To say I had a good experience would be a lie
Without making an appointment, I dropped off my vehicle to have the "check engine" light serviced. The staff from EW was very accommodating and I was called with a complete explanation of the problem, as well as, the cost. Within a couple hours my vehicle was ready for pick-up and it ran like new. Thanks!
Did a great job getting my car in remove a screw in tire and in a timely fashion. I will always use E & W tire !!
