Fast & Fine Service

--had oil changed and regular check-up on my Honda Civic Hybrid. Love this place. Always fast, fair and very friendly. My first choice for car repairs, tires, etc.

Jim is amazing!

The service manager Jim at Yorkshire went beyond the call of duty. Rodents got into my engine knocking my timing off on the 4.7 interference engine and also destroying an air injection pump and valve. The total cost was around 2 thousand dollars. Thankfully my insurance company covered the cost, but Dobbs performed great service and they really took care of me. I've been taking my vehicle there for years and the great staff always make me feel like I'm talking to my very own personal mechanic that I've known for years. Truly, these guys are a notch above the rest and super honest. Yes, honest - I have never felt cheated or felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. Thanks Dobbs for the 15+ years of service.

Oil change

I would always rate your team very high. This time when I picked up my Van, the price was cheaper than usual for the oil change. I asked if they used the upgrade (?) oil as I usually get and was told yes. The paper work showed it was just a regular oil change. Now, I did not specify when I brought the van in that I wanted the upgraded oil. I will see how my car runs and if all is well, I will stick with this regular oil change rather than upgrading. So no complaints as of now.

Headlight replacement

Quick service, reasonable price. Now I question whether beam is properly aligned. Light looks strange on road and way too close to car.

New tires
