The staff is so very helpful. They make you feel like you're family, and take excellent care of you.
We brought our car in to have a brake light replaced. A small job but a necessary one! Very prompt, very efficient service. And they were polite and friendly, too.

Everyone is so friendly. They squeezed me in at the last minute for a state inspection when I only had 3 days left to renew my plates. I love that they check for problems so I don't have to worry about getting strained on the road.
I brought my car in for a scheduled oil change, and air conditioner servicing. Not only did it take a very long time for my car to be addressed and completed, but I had to take my car back in several days later because I had an oil leak. Additionally, in the following 4 days, upon using my air conditioning that was supposed to be fixed, the same problem kept occurring, as well as a new problem with my air conditioner not blowing that was not happening prior to taking my car in. As such, I have to take my car in a 3rd time, and reschedule my personal events, and work schedule in order to accommodate the 3rd visit. I am not pleased.
Very helpful and friendly service. My muffler, resonator and oil leak were fixed the same day. I appreciate the good service.
Dobbs in Webster always provides excellent service for a reasonable price. I trust my car to them for maintenance for the long term.

Always a good experience
I am never disappointed when I take my car Dobbs - Yorkshire. Tom the manager, Jim the service manager, Anthony and Mike at the front desk are always super to work. Have never steered me wrong. My car will always be taken to Dobbs for service.
