I am a regular. In the past, you were able to alert me that I was due for other services when I got my oil changed. Not sure why that is no longer the case. I was in on 3/1. No mention of upcoming services. Then on 3/8 I get an email that I am due for service. Why didn't they see that on 3/1 and I could have taken care of it then??Sorry to say service is slipping at this location. I used to love the service here. Now it is just ok.
