I like the way I was treated at Dobbs, Ive been a customer for about 15 years. The same night I picked my Lucerne up there were all types of codes flashing on my dash that wasnt there before Dobbs looked at my car, I would like for these codes to be removed and schedule to have my turn signal indicator replaced . XXX-XXX-XXXX

Dobbs always does a good job, but I thought they were going to check my alignment. When I paid the bill, they told me they didn't check the alignment because I didn't have time to wait for it to be corrected, it takes longer to check than correct. I didn't know that the check took longer than the correction. He should have told me this at check in and I'd have stayed long enough to complete the alignment.
