New Problems

Took my car in for an oil change & tire rotation. When I got in the car dasboard service engine light and service traction control light was on. I went back inside I was told the lights were on when servive tech entered my car (they were not when I dropped off). I asked why they did not call me and the reply was that they assume if it not on the ticket...(every other time i have the car serviced Dobbs always tries to upsell). The previous time I had the car in (replaced rear windshield wiper), I waited and asked if they would check my tire pressure. I was told that was part of their routine check and was assured it would be done. When I got in the car, the tire pressure was exactly the same ( low on rear tire) as when I left. Another trip back.

I have been taking my vehicles to Dobbs for many years and I have appreciated the hard work and dedication the employees have. They appear to take pride in their work. My car didn't pass inspection but the worker told me exactly what needed to be done to ensure the vehicle will pass. I appreciate this dedication.

Par Excellent

I was extremely pleased with my service visit on January 29th. I was greeted with the upmost amount of respect. Upon leaving, I was confident my needs had been met. My experience was par excellent. Hip, hip, hooray for Mr. Mark, Service Manager, and Mr Keith, RSM, and Mr Mike, Store Manager. Mr Mike was off that day but he always make me feel like I'm a super star.

Inspection and oil change

An error was made by using synthetic oil rather than the standard grade in my eight year old Honda Accord Cpe. The invoice was adjusted when this error was brought to the attention of the technician. Other than that the service was fine.

new rear wiper

I stopped in Dobbs to order a new rear wiper arm and had a call before I got home the part was in. On my return to have wiper installed, I got in right away. I asked to have my tire pressure checked while in the garage and they assured me every cr is always checked. As I left Dobbs, my tire pressure gauges indicated the pressure was not checked so I had to return. I was taken care of right away.We have been using Dobbs for years and have always had great service from very nice and helpful employees.
