Dobbs as always did a great job of taking care of the customer. Part of the job was warranty work and the other part was not. They got me fixed and back on the road quickly.

problems with bmw

the guys at the Tesson Ferry location checked out a running problem and repaired the car same day. BMW dealer could never even get it in to look at it the same day. Great service.

New Tires

Worked was done well. Estimated time to do job was terrible. Was told 2 hours. Took 6 hours.

oil change

surprised that they didn't honor a BOGO coupon that went into affect in the next 2 days. probably will not go back to this location.

I had an appointment for 5 pm and arrived on time and they got me right in. They were fast & courteous.

Oil and Filter Change

The door handle was dirty, the oil change monitor/reminder was not reset, and I had to take the car back because the crankcase was overfilled by nearly a quart of oil. This is not typical of this shop; I've had very good service for years. Must have just been a bad day.
