My 16 year old

16 year old got a flat. They pugged it and did an oil change. Service was good until they decided to pressure him to fix rear brakes and rotors. We didn't come in for brakes ( seemed fine) and I felt like they were trying to scam him. He called me to tell me and I said we'll get a second opinion ( 388$ quote). He calls me back within minutes to tell me they'll take 50$ off . Seems more fishy now. Please don't try and take advantage of a 16 year old!

Great Service

The service was great. It was also done very quickly. My only complaint is I tried to sign up for an appointment online and 24 hours later I get a phone call with a message to call. Why was I not emailed back with the choice of times obviously if I had wanted to call I would have done that initially.

Very Satisfied

I came in to have a slow leaking tire checked out. It turned out that I had nail in my tire. The problem was quickly diagnosied and repaired. The man that worked the counter and assisted me was very helpful and professional.

Battery Replacement

Dobbs was great! My battery died on my Corvette just as I was getting ready to go on a trip. I took it up to Dobbs. The manager and tech immediately took care of it an replaced it in less than 30 minutes. Great service!

Job well done. Patrick is a great salesman. Drove a little further but was worth it.

The tires were prematurely worn and an allowance was made on a set of new tires. Everything was done in a professional manner.

2006 Dodge Ram visit

I dropped off my vehicle for the free oil change promotion. I didn't realize I was getting an $11 charge for two extra quarts of oil. I also asked them to just do a site inspection under car when they were changing oil sense I was having some vibration going on. I never asked them to test drive. I didn't realize I was getting charged $35 for that. I believe that someone should have called me first
