Shady Service

Went in to get oil change and rotation. When picking up my car I was told I needed new air filters. 2 of them at $35/piece. At first I said I would take care of it. I could not find any the next day and called Dobbs back to order 2. When I came back and the service manager came out to install the filters, we found the filters in my car were pristine. He was very embarrassed and said he would address his employee. I would like someone from Dobbs corporate to contact the store to see if it was addressed. Been taking my cars to this location for years and easily have spent over $8K in tires, oil changes, brake repairs/changes, transmission etc. This is not the first time this kind of shenanigans has happened. I am now moving my business to another local tire store.

Oil change was a pleasant experience. Shop and waiting area was clean; Jeremy gives great customer service.

No Sunday Alignment

Made appt in advance for tires to be installed on Sunday. When bringing in the vehicle on Sunday was told no tech to check the alignment. Question #1 why would you set an advance appt ment for a Sunday knowing full well you did not have a tech to complete the job.Question # 2 Why would sell tires on Sunday and then tell the customer they have to come back to have the alignment checked.This makes no sense to the consumer.

Service

Very good. Done on time fair cost. Very good staff in this store.

NOT RIGHT

I got a set of windshield wiper that did not work well and they replaced them
