I have been a customer at this Dobb's since it was located by the Autozone on the service road by Jungerman. This was the first time I visited the store and knew no one that works there. The new staff seems very friendly and eager to serve the customer, which I was very impressed by. I also had a question a couple days later on the quote I was given and was pleased with the service at that time too. Thanks

Poor Customer Service

Not happy with how myself or my wife was treated. Confusion on the pricing and ended up paying more than expected. No remorse when we picked it up, just wanted to get us out the door. Terrible.

This is my third tire issue in less the 2 months so Dobb's has been seeing a lot of me lately. They are always extremely helpful and very nice. I am very happy with the service and will keep coming back!

As with every visit to this location, I was pleased in every respect. Dobb's, in particular this Dobb's, continues to set the standard for excellent customer-service. Every person I have ever interacted with at this location, since moving to MO from Philadelphia, PA in 2011, have been excellent (and I might add, a breath of fresh air from my lifetime experience). Someone always answers the phone and identifies themself and the business. I am able to easily schedule service and when the service is completed, I'm notified. When I pick up my car, the service is explained. I feel that I have received a value for the product I receive and that I am valued as a customer and a person. Ten out of ten on every metric. Outstanding service in every respect. Thank you for your professionalism, Dobbs Mid Rivers.
