I have had service at Dobbs for over 10 years. This visit was disappointing. I had an appointment and waited several hours. People came in and left with their vehicle while I was waiting. My visit was an oil change and tire rotation with 2 new tires. I may switch to the St. Peters location. I still like Dobbs, we all have an off day.
