Fast and Fair

I needed the bearings replaced and other mechanical problems to about $500 on my car. I could not bring my car in till Halloween morning. They had everything fixed and wrapped up before lunch. I went on with my day.

Fast and Friendly

I called the day before and got my car in the next morningThey called with an update and estimate by mid-morning. By early afternoon my brakes and wheel bearing was fixed and my car was back home. I have had a good experience every time I have used Dobbs

missing cap

Brought in for oil change, got a call an hour later telling me they forgot to put back on the air monitor cap? Some type of cap, so i had to go back to have it put back on after settling in when i got home.

Excellent

Since my husband has become disabled, I am relying on James, L.J., and Matt for automotive guidance. They have made room in the schedules for our vehicles and taken care of our needs. Thank you very much.

Matt and James at the front desk have always provided me with polite, professional service. I do not know them personally.
