Salesman tried selling me a battery along with an alternator stating both were defective when in fact the battery was less than 24 hours old. Then the prices were way over inflated. If a parts store would have been opened I could have saved 450-500 after my son installed parts.
I am very pleased that this Dobbs location is in my neighborhood. I've always experienced good service and friendly people.
As usual, the auto service, the professionalism of the staff, and the response to any questions could not have been any better
We had AAA drop our car off at Chippewa location on Sunday night, because our excellent experience with Tony at the Maryland Hghts. location when we lived in St. Louis was so good. True to form, they got to us the very next day and repaired our car for a reasonable charge with excellent service and courtesy.

Nice people always friendly. My only problem is I called in advance to inquire about how busy they were and they said come right in well if course I was they two hours. Which is why I called because I didn't want to spend two hours there. This is not the first time they did this. That is the only problem I have. Clean store friendly people.
I had to come back to the shop to drive with a mechanic because they said they couldn't hear the noise I was hearing - would have been better if they had asked me to do a ride along with them when I dropped the vehicle off instead of making 2 trips in the same day.
Dropped off my Prism for an oil change and tire rotation, and requested it for pickup at 8 AM as I dropped it off on the way to the gym in the morning. After my workout I wemt over to Dobbs and my prism was sitting in the parking lot at a different spot then where I dropped it off. I went inside and the guy on the desk said Mr. Hudson your car is ready, and he read off what was done and the results of the 14 point inspection. I paid my bill and went on my way. I looked at my watch and it was 8:03. OUTSTANDING SERVICE
Professional, honest and no problem what so ever. Highly recommended!
