Replace 2 rear tires

My only complaint was the more than two hours I waited while my tires were being installed. Work was well done and car's ride feels smoother.

Lost a customer

I took my car in to get a strange noise checked out a few months ago. I was told it sounded like a transmission issue and took it to a transmission shop. They found no problems. I came back to the shop a month later and was given a new diagnosis for repairs. Using that info I had a retired mechanic friend fix it, who said these parts didn't look worn. The same noise started happening again within a week. I took the car in again and after a few hours was told something just needed to be tightened. When I came to pick up my car, the noise was STILL happening as I pulled my car out of the lot, so I left my car for the second day in a row. I picked up my car the next day and was told that the other side had needed to be tightened too. Within 1 day, my car started making the noise again. My car has been at the same shop 4 times for this problem and it still isn't fixed. I had been coming to this location for the past few years but after this I will not be returning.

They do acceptable work. Prices are not too unreasonable. Service is a little slow & given the amount of work I have done with them I would expect preferred treatment.

I came in for oil change.I ask will my fluids be top off. I was told yes. 10/17/2015 light came on.. low on anti freeze &washer fluid low. (sales person 99)

I had a great experience. The fellows had me in and out. I was greeted with a warm hello and there was fresh pot of coffee.

Inspection

Hello, I normally have nothing but praise for Dobb's. Upon inspection, I was told brakes were required. Price was around $550. I took my car elsewhere and got brakes for substantially less. It helps to shop around. The Dobb's staff is always very knowledgable and courteous.

Doing good at Dobbs

Just had our 1998 Honda's brakes done. We have 300,000 miles on that car and Dobbs have been doing a good job to help us keep it running. Guys have always been kind and helpful.
