Oil change in and out in know time. Great job.

I had 2 tires fail due to manufacturer defect. I contacted the manufacturer and they referred me to Dobbs. I spoke with Adam who inspected it and found all 4 tires had the same issue. He contacted the manufacturer and advised them of his findings. All 4 tires were replaced. The only negative comment I have is Dobbs has an issue with contacting me when my car is ready. I don't know if that issue is constant with all customers. Even with that issue, Adam exhibited great customer service and spoke with me when I picked up my car indicating the tires could have failed at any time. I am grateful for this level of customer service. It is a true lifesaver. Thank you Adam and Dobbs for looking out for me and my family.
