New Tire Exchange - Thank You

Bought a set of tires in December before a trip to Kentucky. Did not like the way they felt (too hard w/vibration). When I returned I brought it to Dobbs attention and said I wanted a different set of tire (within their 30 day exchange policy). They put on a different set of tires (different compound) and the car feels Much Better! Stood behind there 30 day - 1,000 mile guarantee without any hassle or obstruction. Thank you Dobbs.

I was greeted and treated very well. I was told my wait time was an hour and a half but they were getting everyone done fast. I was out of there in under an hour. Paid and was thanked and told to enjoy the beautiful day. Overall I would rate this visit a 10.
