Dobbs did a great job putting tired on my Jeep. Also did an alignment which I needed.

Safety & Emissions

Did a great job doing the Safety & Emissions inspection. However, they rotated and balanced my tires without approval and ruined my 2 week old alignment. They refused to admit to the fault and I was out the money to re-align my car at a different place.

Oil change

The parking lot was absolutely packed and I didn't think Dobbs in Fenton would be able to work me in. But I was pleasantly surprised to get in and out rather quickly.

Frustrating

I went in for an oil change at 4pm and they assured me my car would be ready by 7pm. At 7 pm my mom drive me to Dobbs and they said they didn't have my standard oil filter in stock but were leaving right then to pick it up from a location nearby. They assured me it would only take 20-30 mins to get the filter and do the oil change. I needed to leave to pick up my son so i left with my moms car and my mom stayed to wait for my car to be finished. One hour later my mom asked the desk how much longer and they said, "oh it's ready." No one came out to tell her it was ready!

Service was excellent and the staff is friendly.

New Tires

I was a walk in and they were able to take me in and replace my tires same day. As usual Dobbs comes through with great service, good pricing and great warranty.

I have never been disappointed with the service at the fenton dobbs. The staff including Clint, Mike, and Jay have made me and my wife feel like family.
