Service review
I normally do not have a problem with customer service at this location. I usually work with Greg and Chris...I came in for an oil change to find Brian.....unfriendly and rude...he informed me it would be at least 90 minutes, but when I offered to come back in that amount of time, he told me no....I would have to wait at the shop...so I said can I schedule for the next day.....he said no...all scheduled appointments were full...so I asked how late he was open...he told me 8.... So I asked for an appointment when I got off work at 7.... With much hesitation , I was given an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, early, I was greeted with a less than enthusiastic approach that I would dare have an appointment at 7 for an oil change...I mean come on...you are open til 8. I needed to come back because I wanted something looked at. At that time Chris asked me what had happened....the girl,who,shuttles people had told him that Brian was very rude to me.
