Oil change

I had an appointment and was late due to high way wreck plus construction- called in and told them I would be about 15 mins late. They got my car in right away and was finished with an 1 1/2. Really appreciate their efficiency!!

Disappointed

My wife brought her car in for an oil change the person behind the counter told her that she would have to get new tires soon because the ones she had were wearing down. She purchased tires at Dobbs about a year ago and she has only put 15,000 miles on them since. I am curious why a sales man would state to her that she needed new tires. Is this something that your company practices to try to take advantage of someone. Very disappointed this happened

I was vary happy with Dobbs in the arrangement for the purchase of my 4 new tires and their installation. Everything went jut like it was suppose to, scheduling and all.

Terry and the crew were very helpful recommending tires and work to be completed, then followed up with fast service. Will definitely be back. Thanks fellas.

Excellent service in a friendly environment.

My vehicles are serviced at this Dobbs 90% of the time. I'm not sure how other stores rate but we are certainly blessed in Edwardsville with a knowledgeable,experienced, helpful, and professional staff. The store manager, Terri, and Chris (? parts manager) are wonderful.
