Excellent Service

The service that Dobbs gives is excellent: this includes their knowledge of the cars and what needs to be done. More importantly for me they take the time to explain things, if needed, and the are warm and welcoming. In the past they have gone out of their way to help diagnose a problem and were honest about what they could and couldn't do. They have great integrity.

Simply the Best

We continue to bring both of our vehicles to the Edwardsville store because the staff there, headed by Terry, is professional and fair. They can be relied upon to do their work competently and they stand behind their work. We trust them, which is important when dealing with car repair. Our last visit was no different. They replaced a battery under warranty at a significantly reduced price and rotated tires and did an oil change and brake job, all needed and all done well.

Friendly, knowledgable staff with great value on tires. Forgot to re-learn the tpms on the car, but can be done at first tire rotation, no big deal.

I will always take a moment to give the folks at the Edwardsville,IL Dobbs a great review. They made me a fan first by helping me select tires that would be best for my situation and have followed by twice helping my daughter when I was out of town (flat tires from running over something). I have taken my vehicle back for oil changes, tire rotations, check ups and other reasons. The guys there have been extremely helpful, honest and willing to go the extra mile to ensure I am satisfied. Since then I have recommended them to others who have also been completely satisfied.
