Had an oil change and two rear lights replaced. My car was ready a little before they originally expected and they called to let me know.

I called last minute to see if they could check a minor problem while I was getting my nails done next door. Mike said sure. By the time I was done at the salon in 45 minutes, they called my cell and said it was just a fuse issue. My car was pulled up by the front door so I could check out and leave. Cool. When I went to pay, there was no charge for this minor fix. My dealership would have charged me and I would have had to wait forever. This review is not about the money, it's about the great service I have experienced here for my minor repairs such as flat tires, and I did get new brakes one time. Also when I was leaving, I mentioned to Nathan my display was not showing the tire pressures as I was fooling around with it and bombed something out. He said no problem and took the car back in the shop and checked the tires and fixed the display within minutes. These were minor repairs, but to a single senior woman, it meant the world to me. Thanks to all the guys at Dobbs!

The staff at Dobbs were incredible. Immediately they got on the phone to order parts and answer my questions when I stopped by. They volunteered to put a bike rack on my hatch for me and work around my schedule when I needed help closing my trunk while the parts were on order,,,, Dobbs ordered the parts and repaired my car in a very timely manner. I will definitely go back! Thanks Dobbs!
