Had my Cadillac serviced for routine rotation and alignment check. Technician found a nail in the sidewall of one tire...not repairable due to location. Decided to replace both rear tires. Good price. Chris the manager does an excellent job of communicating to customers. Did have one issue however, one of the new tires(right rear) was over inflated to 40psi vs. the required 30 psi specification. I verified with my manual tire gage and adjusted!! This has happened on previous occasions with my other vehicles. ..not a big issue, but other customers may never recognize improper pressures.
The Dobbs team provided fast and professional service when I needed to get four new tires. I arrived at 4:15 PM with a flat and left at 5:00 PM with four new tires at a reasonable price. Thanks!

Manager has good employees, courteous & knowledgeable. Service seemed a little slower from what I was told, maybe overbooked? But I was happy with how I was treated.
