Service was very prompt; guys were very courteous; no complaints other than I don't understand why I was charged a $30 environmental fee. If it was for the disposal of the rotors I would have taken them home and put them in the recycle bin.

Left the vehicle for the day while I went to work. The shuttle makes it very convenient for a morning drop off and ride to the office.Although there was no repair work done this time, I am always happy with the service at Dobbs.
