I asked to have the pigtail on my headlamp replaced. They advised me that there didn't seem to be an issue and just replaced my bulb. They could have just as easily done the unnecessary work and charged me. I would have been none the wiser. Thank you!
I have been a loyal customer to Dobbs in Waterloo, until this year. You have a new person at your front desk and he is so cruel to me. His name is Dan or Don, everytime I go into the store he asks me to make an appointment, they are too busy for me to wait and get my oil changed. Recently, I discovered you have a Dobbs in Collinsville. It felt like I was back home. It was not a problem for me to wait while they changed my oil and rotated my tires that I purchased from Dobbs. You have an issue that you need to address in Waterloo, lucky for you I am still a customer, but I am now going to Collinsville.

We were very pleased with the quality and speed of service we received. The staff are wonderful.
Came in an ask to check front brakes. Was told I needed new brakes an rotors all way round. Also that needed tierod on passenger side and had wheel bearing on same going bad. If repairs done would need alinement. All this for $1295. No way I could pay for this at this time. Was able to get grandson to help. He took the rotors an had them miked. Yes the back were very bad. The front were well with in tolerance???? The tie rod did not need replaced at this time and the front berring did not need replaced at this time. I got help and replaced all pads and two front rotors. Some people are on a budget and can not afford things done that are not a danger. Sorry you will not do any mechanical repair to any of my vehicles. You tried to get all you could and more from me necessary. Will not recommend any older person to visit your store for repair. Check... I have done business before with you.

With the steel belts showing through my front tires, I rolled into The Collinsville Dobbs just an hour before closing. Stacy immediately ran down several options for tires and then got her team to work. They put in a bit of overtime to get four new tires on-- while Stacy mopped the floor and did her end-of-day paperwork-- she even made sure I knew how to work the TV remote. After a huge sigh of relief, I was able to drive home that night. GREAT service. Thanks!

Great service, good price and trustworthy.I go out of my way to bring my vehicle from O'Fallon to Collinsville, because of Steve Caler, the manager. He was my grandkids Scout leader, and I want to show my appreciation for the time he spent educating my grandchildren, by bringing my business to him.
