Staff was very friendly and helpful. Service was completed in a timely manner. As I was driving away I noticed they did not reset the oil life tracker (not sure what it is called) so I went back and they apologized and reset it right away.
Jim and Greg are great. They always work with me. I bring all 4 of my cars there routinely. A+
Working with these guys was an absolute pleasure. Lots of stress from my end as my car broke down with my kids in the car and they helped me secure a tow truck and get everything taken care of for me. Helped a ton! A+++
The team at this location was great. I had an appointment and was taken on time. No hard sell for additional work but pointed out possible future items to be addressed. Will definitely be back. Jim was great.
Austin was very knowledgeable and forthright about the tires I was considering. Joe did a great job of communicating, when we dropped off the car, when it was determined that an alignment was necessary, and when the car was finished. The work was completed exactly when they said it would be.
On time and all was great.
We've used this Dobbs location for many years. They have a solid team that does quality work quickly. Brake service was reasonably-priced and conveniently performed within my schedule. Thank you again!
Dropped my vehicle off due to a warning light coming on and knowing it was time for an oil change...they fit me in and took care of all with no appointment and made sure I got home okay.
Dobbs has taken real good care of this vehicle over the last 3 years of ownership. they kept her on the road for 206,000 miles but now it is time to say good bye. After the last visit it just needed too much work for me to do. I will be back with my other 3 vehicles and my new one for service in the future
