Very efficient and got me out in less than an hour.

Oil Change

I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation & new wiper blades. I was told it would take about an hour. It was right at an hour & the work was completed. I was given at my request a cost estimate for a set of tires for my other car.

I had a nail in my tire and had it repaired. It was early on a Friday morning. I received Friendly and Fast service.

Always Great Service

Mike and the Ballwin team are always dependable and make sure all my vehicles are serviced and ready for the road!

Not Happy

My recent service was anything BUT service, curt, rude technicians, wildly overpriced services. I paid for LIFETIME service on my brakes years ago. Ended up arguing with the young man who checked me out. I am NOT pleased with my experience and will most likely be taking my buisiness to one of the MANY identical shops on Manchester Road.
