Flat

I think Dobbs does a terrible job taking care of people who have already purchased tires from them. It should not take over 2 hrs. to replace a tire. I realize I had no appointment but they could've had someone take the tire off in the parking lot or something. Your customer service is horrible. I will never purchase tires from another one of your stores!

Always fixed right

The people at Dobbs 11 always go out of their way to fix our family vehicles for the most economical price possible, but always with the most expertise available anywhere in town making them safe and reliable. Thank you to all of the Dobbs 11 employees.

LOF/Tire Rotation

took 1 1/2 hrs, but tire rotation was free, so I was willing to wait. They are always courteous & informative. I've been going there for 23 years

Good, but not fast

A little frustrated about the amount of time it took to change oil and rotate tires. Total time from having vehicle to pickup was 3 1/2 hours. I called at 4:00 to check availablity, was informed they weren't busy and if I brought it there before 5, and went out to dinner, it would be done when I got back from dinner. At drop off at 4:30, I asked again, can you have it done by 7? I was assured with a glance at the clock and a "no problem". It was 7:45 before I was leaving after returning from dinner at 6:30 expecting a short wait.I checked in at 6:30 and they informed me I was next in line. A little surprised but not, I should be out of here in 30 minutes or less. More like another hour and 15 minutes after having my truck sit in the parking lot for 2 hours. All in all good service, but I would have appreciated a heads up while my wife was dropping me off that it would be closer to 8 when my vehicle was done. Not happy about that.

Tire Repair

They handled it very expediantly, a little wait but no problem. Went in on a Saturday, said it would be three hours before they could get to it, said I would come back during the week. Called before I came in to see how long it would be before they could get to it. told me 30 to 45 minutes, brought vehicle in and they were close to their estimated time.
