The team here was great and had me in and out in a reasonable time. The manager Tucker was very friendly and knowledgeable! 10/10 would come again!
I needed a new tire because I put a gash in it. They were all worn down so I decided to replace them all. Tucker ordered them, they came in at the end of the day and it only took the techs an hour and 15 minutes to get the job done. Plus an inspection I needed.
I arrived. at 4:25 pm with a leaking tire. They found that there was a nail in the tire and fixed it right away.
Everyone is super helpful. They provide good clear information and are easy to work with.
They took amazing care of my car and addressed all issues. Thankful to have my car back in the same day. Everyone very kind and happy to explain what's going on with my car.
Wish I could give it more stars than 5. Superb service as usual, with extra care helping me get home and picked up.So happy with CleveHill for many many years.
This is, as ever, the best shop in Buffalo. I came out to a flat tire on a Sunday. Left my car in their parking lot with instructions, and got a call Monday afternoon that it was ready to be picked up. The price was fair and the work is flawless. I have been a customer for 15 years and I am never not impressed by their service.
