I came a couple hours early for an inspection appointment and a couple small things and they fit me right in. Very professional and knowledgeable. They have been my service provider for tires in the last year. Same experience with great customer service and professionalism!
The folks at Cleve Hill are consistently excellent. I have been their client for more than 30 years and they always come through. They do very competent work and they treat their customers with warmth and respect
Usually it is a pain to deal with the car dealership and shops because the wait time is weeks . It was so easy to get this done at Cleve Hill. I called in the morning and the friendly clerk said we have time in the afternoon. I brought it in, left it there while I went to the office to take care of stuff, and within an hour everything was done and ready to go!
