My family has brought our cars to Goodyear since we moved to the area over 30 years ago. We have never felt "ripped off" and my last visit was an example of this. I had a noise in my car and it was originally "guessed" (they were closing in a few minutes) to be a clutch compressor for my AC and I was going to bring it back the next day. Rocco, who's been there as long as we have been going there, noticed the belt was "wobbling"; tightened it and it's been fine. (They did tell me that may not be the issue, but I was happy that they spent the time, didn't make me replace an expensive part, until they were sure this was the problem, which so far, it seems it was. I think you can count on Goodyear to be honest and upfront with you. Most of the people there have been there as long as I've been going there. I had been referred there years ago and have referred many people since. John runs a great business and is friendly and knows your name every time you come in!
